For Employers
Transitioning from NHIF to SHIF, it’s now easier make your SHIF payments.
Visit https://employers.sha.go.ke/, upload your SHIF contributions. Upon successful upload of the list of employee for SHIF contributions, the system auto generates an E-slip.
Ways to Pay
1. Cash:
- Visit any of our branches with an E-slip (for corporate and id for individuals) and cash.
2. Internal Transfer:
- For sidian acccount holders, use a cheque leaf or fill a transfer form in bank the branch and anE-slip.
3. If you do not have a Sidian account
- Cash- You can process cash through the above process.
- Cheque- Deposit a cheque payable to Social Health Insurance Fund and deposit it at any of our branches
together with the E-slip. - RTGS/ EFT/ PESALINK initiated from your Bank branch/digital channels
a. Indicate E-slip Reference Number in the remittance/ purpose of payments or on payments details
