- Calling our Contact Centre.
- Visiting any Sidian Bank branch location.
- Click on: ‘Not registered? Click here’
- Key in your preferred transaction account
- Key in the e-mail address you used to open your account
- Tick on the check box ‘I have read and understood the terms and conditions’
- Click on ‘Continue’
- Enter your preferred username and password (your password must have special characters, numerals and letters)
- Read and tick on the check box ‘I have read and understood the terms and conditions’
- You will receive a confirmation message:‘Dear customer, you have successfully registered for Internet Banking. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your account login details within 1 (one) working day.’
- Once your Internet Banking account is activated, you will receive a confirmation text message:‘Dear customer, please check your e-mail to reactivate your online banking login details.’
- Click on the verification link sent to your e-mail. Successful login will be confirmed by receiving the message:‘Thank you for confirming your email. Please Click here to Log in.’
