Mr. Madhav Bhandari

Mr. Bhandari is a highly qualified finance professional with over 24 years of experience in business advisory across both private and public sectors. His extensive expertise encompasses a wide range of services,  including  privatization,  corporate  restructuring,  due diligence, valuation, insolvency, and business reviews. 

Mr. Bhandari has been the Managing Partner of Baker Tilly Merali’s for over two decades. His banking experience is extensive, including institutional business reviews, bank valuations, due diligence, institutional restructuring, privatization, debt restructuring, and appointments as an Administrator by banks. 

He holds an MBA in Finance from the UK, along with ACCA and CPA (K) certifications. Additionally,  he is a licensed Insolvency Practitioner. 

His professional affiliations include membership in the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) and fellowship in the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
