Head - Enterprise Risk Management

Ms. Rozalick Gichora joined the bank in 2020 as the Head, Enterprise Risk Management. She has over 15 years in banking and fintech regional experience across Kenya, Nigeria and United Arab Emirates. She also spent 6 years in public service.

Her expertise spans risk governance and has been exemplified in enhancing compliance and implementing frameworks that support organizational resilience and sustainable growth.

She previously held senior risk leadership roles at Gulf African Bank, Guaranty Trust Bank Kenya and Prime Bank.

Ms. Gichora holds an MSc in Banking & Finance from Central Bank of Kenya Institute of Monetary Studies (CBK IMS)/ Moi University, an MBA in Strategic Management, and a BSc in Business Administration from USIU–Africa.

She is CAMS-certified, an ACAMS member, a trained Data Privacy Professional and a graduate of the Strathmore University Risk Masterclass.
